Die Fächerbewegung bei mittig gegriffenen Stock ist eine gute gymnastische Übung für die Beweglichmachung des Unterarms und dessen Bewegungsspielraums. Dies ist eine einfache Übung zur vorbereitung der Abanico Schlagtechnik. So wie ein Pfau ein prächtiges Rad schlägt mit seinen Schwanzfedern, so wird der Abanico-Schlag wie ein Fächer aus der Rotation des Unterarms heraus geschlagen.
