I see a lot of folks doing weird stuff on the Ab coaster so here are some tips. Adjust the handles so that your elbows are at 90 degrees. Relax your grip on the handle & don't lean into it (torso straight & away from armrest). Most importantly, slow down! Keep your core engaged the entire time. Pause at the top of the rep & control it on the way down. Try not to fly through reps using momentum. Add weight only when you can perform at least a slight pause at the top of a rep. #Fitness #Fitspo #Fitspiration #Bodybuilding #Weightlifting #Gym #WorkingOut #Workout #Exercise #WeightLoss #FitFam #Abs #6pack #SixPack #AbCoaster #TribeCalledQuest #AwardTour (at AMERICAN FITNESS GYM NEW BRAUNFELS)

NRGfit's insight:
Ab Coaster was the best for abs training when it first came out - but do other newer machines do an even better job? Get the Ab Coaster scoop and check out other ab training equipment before you decide to buy this one.

Has anyone actually ever bought an abcoaster? Does it actually work?
June 8, 2011: Good Day
Today I woke up at 5pm for some pilates. It wasn't easy to wake up, but I have been doing it for 2 weeks so I can't go back to lazy walrus.
So this is my mantra: "No one has ever accomplished something by sitting on their ass"
I repeat myself that every single morning, and believe me, it works!
After that I did an hour of treadmill, 150 crunches (with the abcoaster, it works amazingly) and some other floor excersises :)
Diet was all good, under control. Today I'll sleep satisfied :)
