crinia fiacummingae is a great new species of frog formally discovered and named this week (June 2023). Learn more at: Hoser, R. There are now several species which were all formerly treated as just Crinia signifera. Most of the names are new to science (those in blue), having been formally named by the Snakeman, Raymond Hoser. aberrans is currently treated as a subspecies of C. signifera, although full species is probably more appropriate. the other four names in blue above, are all good species!
