lactose is everywhere, I once got prescribed pain medication but ended up having to make do with higher doses of OTC stuff because the step above that just wasn't available without lactose and I also didn't have enough pain to go for even higher level pain relief. oh and my allergy meds had lactose so it's like yes hello i would like to take allergy medication for my allergy medication now thanks. and i had to get a different asthma inhaler because it had lactose in it.

I complained to Sam that I had a lot of food, but couldn’t figure out how to match it into dinner. Luckily, they found me a recipe! Good to know I can always rely on friends to force me to take care of myself ;) xxxx

omg i keep forgetting we used to be fake married. i think if you dig into my facebook relationship history somewhere you can still see our engagement and subsequent marriage (not the divorce though because that’s not the kind of thing facebook likes to announce lol)
