Abimaro - Folding | evergreen live
Fold me into you
Wrap my words around your body
Fold me into you
Wrap my words around your body
Hold me into you
I wish these words would make you love me
I'm bending slowly into you
Pull my corners gently through
Trim these edges all for you
I'm bending slowly into you
Pull me into you
Turn your face to brush my body
Breathe me into you
I wish you knew how high you take me
Abimaro
fold me into you

Abimaro shares beautiful new track 'Without You'
London alt-soul singer and artist Abimaro has released a beautiful and touching new single called ‘Without You’.
A track about loss and grief which seeks to remember and cherish all that has gone, whilst treasuring all that is left, ‘Without You’ takes you to a dream world delicately crafted from Abimaro’s sultry tones, and the blend of distant guitars and soft pianos.
Abimaro says of the track: “I wrote 'Without You' after experiencing loss, and wanting to put those feelings into words to mark them, to honour that person in a way. I wanted to work with someone who could understand that vulnerability and bring that into their creativity, and I really found that by working with producer Sam Beste (The Vernon Spring). I was heavily pregnant when I recorded the vocals for this track, so I love hearing it back because I can really hear the difference in my voice from my other releases, and I love that. It will always hold a really special time of my life in this record.”
