When it comes to Mother Jackie Tyler he's never been one to be fearful, even though he knew he should have been far less rude and very fearful of a powerful woman. Oh he admires Momma Jacks for all she's done raising his girl right, making her the strong card she is. Oh he does, admire her and he won't say it aloud because it's better to pick at one another than to start this all again. 

His Girl. Oh his girl. He loves her. But those are words he will not say, he's only shown in actions in the slightest way. Their relationship can be tepid because of these words that are said too much, or in his case not at all.

Jackie rubbed her palms along Aria's arms, smiling still before nodding in comprehension. "That'd be lovely. I've been missing ya all so much. How's everyone doing? Still travelling 'round space? Is that why you tend to forget about poor old, human Jackie?" She teased Aria and laughed

Aria smiled sadly. "I um...things have been kinda crazy lately Jackie. I just...Dad's not doing so well. I've kind of had to pick up the slack a bit. I'm sorry I haven't been in touch. Is everything okay? You, Rose, everything?"

More like 'You're grounded young lady' Rose, how dare you forget to phone mum every once in a while? She might think something happened to you! What are cellphones for, then, little flower?

"Mum!" She protests, a hand lifting to her forehead after she does a quick once over of the area, much to her embarrassment, she’s making sure a certain Time Lord hadn’t been around to hear those first few words. "Alright, alright. M’sorry. Sorta just really busy, ya know? I’ll try’n remember more often.” With a little smile twitching up at her lips, she tosses the older Tyler one of her usual innocent expression. “I missed you?”

And then suddenly a grin has begun to twitch at her lips. “But I have so many stories to tell you! Oh you’ll never believe where the Doctor took me last. Guess. Go on then! just guess— no wait. Don’t you’ll never be able to! But mum, it was flippin’ brilliant!”

Jackie would rather kill herself before hurting her little girl. Like a mother she'd always put Rosie before her own safety. She's lived - her little flower is yet to bloom and she'd do it gladly.

If your character had to, would they rather kill my character or themselves?

Her lips part in utter grief, whiskey-brown orbs clouding with sorrow and awe— and of course , being the Jackie Tylers daughter, stubbornness. She would never let her mum do that for her. Younger or not life was not meant to be toyed with, and if it was her time, it was her time. But she wasn’t going to let that one slip anytime soon. She knew how much the older Tyler would disapprove.

             So in that moment she simply closes the distance between them and wraps her arms around her mums neck, tugging her into a warm, tight embrace. The one person who’d been there for her throughout her entire life. Acted as a mum and a dad. Disapproved of her dropping out of school, but supported her nevertheless, and took any others people down a peg if they dare criticised her daughter for her choice.
