not caring about starkid's older stuff is Fine, Actually <3 only caring about the Hatchetfield stuff is also Fine <3 nobody's obligated to be interested in or even watch every single thing a group like this has put out if they don't want to. this means that not caring about the newer stuff is also totally fine of course, but I've seen a lot more complaining about Hatchetfield fans who don't talk about the older stuff than the reverse.
I never really liked the unspoken expectation I've felt that if you get into One starkid thing, you have to watch and get into everything else they've made. you've gotta be a starkid fan, you can't just be a fan of this specific thing they made. I don't jive with that djslfj I'm really only a starkid fan by technicality and obligation, when it comes down to it I'm way more of a Hatchetfield fan specifically. I haven't seen most of the older stuff and I don't really care to, and that is cool and fine of me
