Just finished my first run this morning and wow, I'm so excited. I do feel that this was my first time properly running in 2 years XD I'll keep y'all posted maybe gonna upload some fanart. Maybe I'm going on another run tonight :)

Five looks up at him then, her eyes fond and gentle. “Hey,” She murmurs, “You have me today. And when I’m out there, you’ll have my back tomorrow. You always do.”

Halloween Post :)

So, we all love S1M07 A Voice in the Dark - for me it has become such a feel-good-mission. But actually, without Sam’s voice, it must be quite scary. So I thought I would re-imagine the mission to show it from the perspective of a scared, lonely runner, alone in the dark.

Been enjoying making mute Runner Five gifs. Still super rough and sketchy, not exactly happy with the speech, but still practising I guess :)

Not certain what’s happening here. Thinking someone has asked Runner 5 to betray Able Township and they are not happy about that at all. Or she’s been asked to return to Mullins Military Base since you’re technically supposed to just be a temporary loan from there, and Five is just blatantly refusing. 

Think I prefer the second idea the best. 

Not up to date with Zombies Run yet so either of those things may canonically happen without me being aware yet :)

“Raise the gates” 

Always thought of Runner Five as mute, and always loved the thought that they would use sign language to communicate. Other characters do comment on Five’s silence which just reinforces it. So wanted to show them using British Sign language. The closest I could get to ‘raise the gates’ was “raise” and “gate” so figured that would work. 

Silly headcanon, but as the comms tower is quite close to the gate (Sam gets to Runner Five quite quickly in the first episode when they arrive at Able) I like to think he can see them at the gates through a window they’d sign to him to show they’re ready for their run.
