The concept of kakashi no thousand jutsu having the perfect jutsu for the most random of situations and giving a different story each time as to how he learned it, until someone passing by recalls being with him on a mission where that jutsu was performed by someone else

What I'm saying is all the jonin, chunin, genin, anbu and mission desk workers compile a book and host weekly meetings to solve "where did kakashi get that bullshit jutsu from this time"
