Excrucianic / Excrucic

Excrucianic or excrucic genders are ABOMIN and KEIN genders related to the Excrucians in Jenna Moran’s TTRPGs, specifically Nobilis and Glitch.

Excrucians - also known as Riders (if you’re polite) or the Damned (if you’re feeling particularly hateful) - are the people of the Not, the voidlands beyond, dragged into Creation by either their circumstances or the Bellum Magnum, the war they fight with it.

Excrucianic as a gender or group of genders is associated with dissociation, things that don’t exist, the void not as a metaphor but a place (especially as one’s home), being both human and not human, voidpunk, and defining oneself not by what they physically are but how their soul visualizes itself. It is distinct in its associations with a war against normalcy and wanting to destroy the world.

Excrucianic can be a gender on its own, representing the group as a whole, and also the category of genders related to the Excrucians:

Mimiexcrucic, representing the Mimics.

Deciexcrucic, representing the Deceivers.

Stratiexcrucic

Stratiexcrucic is an excrucianic gender related to the Strategist Excrucians. They are the royalty and generals of the Excrucian Host, and are afflicted with the Glitch, which results in some aspect of the world slowly killing them.

Stratiexcrucic as a gender beyond excrucianic itself is associated with the same things, but also with chronic illness (mental and physical), terminal illness, fighting back against a world that hurt you, trauma, being both part of the world and not, and having a particular thing that plagues you.

Here are the flags for the excrucianic category I mentioned in my last post. I don’t want to clutter the tags too much, but I do want to get these and a simple definition of each out until the full coining posts can be posted!

Stratiexcrucic (Top Left)

Wariexcrucic (Top Right)

Wariexcrucic is a gender related to the Warmain Excrucians. They are the testers of Creation, looking for parts of it that are worthy of becoming part of themselves and of the Not. They are ruthless, and often kill both the worthy and the unworthy in the process.

Mimiexcrucic (Bottom Left)

Mimiexcrucic is a gender related to the Mimic Excrucians. They are similar to the creatures that govern the laws of Creation, but hide an abomination inside them which they try to hide. Some say they are made when one of those creatures is partially destroyed by other Excrucians, and a piece of the Void is shoved in its place.

Deciexcrucic (Bottom Right)

The stripes from top to bottom are black, violet, and green. The larger burst is dark grey, while the smaller is a very desaturated tan. The icon inside the bursts is of a star-topped magic wand surrounded by sparkles, in the same dark grey as the outer burst. - End]

Deciexcrucic is a gender related to the Deceiver Excrucians. They are the spies and costumers of the Excrucian Host, able to cloak themselves as things of Creation and infiltrate its ranks. They must be masking as something specific, however, and can be thwarted by speaking the name they have stolen.

Abstiexcrucic

Abstiexcrucic (aka Chanciexcrucic) is an excrucianic gender related to the Excrucian members of the Rider’s Abstinence Society. They are the Excrucians which have decided to stop fighting in the war against creation, and have left the Excrucian Host. The majority of members are Strategists.

Abstiexcrucic as a gender beyond excrucianic itself is associated with the same things, but also with rejecting world-destruction, healing, appreciation for the world, making your own choices, motivation beyond trauma and spite, and a desire and struggle to integrate with society. It may also represent a concept of giving in to one’s place in the world rather than fighting it, not as into oppressors but as into accepting oneself as who they are.
