About Mito
Mito might have cute vibes, but he's actually a pretty big and tall guy. He's got broad shoulders and a broad chest. He's bottom heavy since his original yokai form is like that. Thus he stores a lot fat in his hips, butt and thighs. Mito is not that much into exercising, though he is a pilates girlie and likes to swim (because he is a sea yokai). His body is slightly toned, but mostly just soft :0) Mito is a little sensitive about his body, but there are also days when he feels fine as hell.
About Al
Al is a bookworm, and does not like exercising! He's a lanky guy with little to no muscle definition and a lower belly pouch :0) Nogitsune, when taking over Al's consciousness, uses illusions to make his body seem very muscular. Since Nogitsune runs around, hops up and down buildings and do all sorts of crazy stuff, Al will wake up with his body feeling like he got slammed by a truck. So Al is trying to stay fit to keep up with all that. He's trying! The good thing is that Al doesn't have any kind of body image issues. Maybe part of it is related to the fact that he's not actively looking to attract potential partners - study first and foremost!
About Iwai (tw; depression)
Iwai's body is compact, petite yet muscular. He puts considerable work into maintaining it, and also keeps a healthy diet to make sure he gets the protein he needs. The most notable features are slim waist/hips and long legs. The reason why he is diligent about exercise and diet is that when he was in his depression hole, he became very underweight and lost a lot of muscle mass. He has two gym buddies he trains with 2-3 times a week - it's a semi-private gym for veterans, police and military.
