1. I’ve had surgery 6 times. 

2. I got my start in makeup when I was 16. I learned to do special effects makeup, practical effects makeup, and prosthetic work from friends I met at a con. It started mostly as costuming for myself and friends for conventions, but later I got better at it and did it professionally on occasion. 

3. I co-organize a Harry Potter fan group, one of the largest ones worldwide.

4. I grew up where there were no close doctors or hospitals. I’m very good at sewing people back up.

5.I am polyamorous and have known that since I was 19.
