Hey if i may ask. What is the reason you like mother 3 so much? Is it this game in particilair or the entire mother series
Ahh, sorry for the late reply here! Anyways, I really do like the entire MOTHER/Earthbound as a whole, but I particularly appreciate the ideas and themes in Mother 3. That's not to say that the other games don't deal with serious topics, of course, but Mother 3 just feels so...different from the rest of the series. The socioeconomic problem of the pigmasks being introduced to the community intertwined with Lucas's own familial loss, and the slow desensitization and apathy of the town to his plight even when Lucas is saving the islands is so interesting to me. The awful experimentation that led to the chimeras and what that says about profit-driven research and what that does to the morality of the researchers. There are so many themes that are present in Mother 3 that you can analyze and get a better sense of what led these people to the place they are, and why the pigmasks are the way they are. And in the epicenter of it all is Lucas, struggling with the death of his mother and the absence of Flint, who is still searching for Claus after years of him missing. Also I love sad blondes suffering and still persevering through everything.I'm gonna cut this answer here since I'm sure no one wants to read my (embarrassingly) long analysis of the overarching ideas and messages in Mother 3. Thanks for asking!
Sometimes I feel like shattering myself into pieces just so I can he the one to make myself how I want.
6. whats a really good memory you have? 7. favorite song you cant stop listening to?
6. I have a few pretty good memories, but I think one of my favorites was going to Six Flags for choir when I was 13. I had a lotta fun, and it kinda helped me deal with my anxiety, in a roundabout way.
7. Probably "On Your Side" by The Shondes. It's a really good song tbh, and it mixes rock with the violin really well!
