Context: They literally only vary in whether there's a skirt or no. IMHC, the uniforms are far, far stricter than those of other teams (the haircut and color is mandatory for Grunts, sorry, prosopagnosiac Mars), potentially right down to teal contacts, but at the same time, I feel like they're completely gender-neutral. Both styles of clothing are available in men's and women's sizes. Hell, we're going to space. There's no gender binary in space. Who cares what's in your pants, we're a doomed species and saving the planet from our own kind
