So I have an hour before my first class starts and I figured this is as good a time as any to give a better scope of Lars’ sexuality (even if like there are only like ten people left in the community that I actually follow, lmao).

Okay, so Lars is ace as fucking hell.  He and Ayame have been together since not too long after I remade my blog and they barely hold hands.  Their relationship is literally hugging, playing video games, worrying about each other, and calling each other nerds on twitter and it’s so cute slay me.  Ayalars is a great ship.  But this is no time to gush.

Okay, so that covers the ace bit, but I have his romantic orientation down as greyromantic/grey-aro.  That’s actually something I’ve been wanting to talk about for awhile, especially as someone who identifies in the aromantic spectrum myself (I currently ID as ace lithromantic) so not to be misunderstood.

I have Lars down as grey-aromantic (which can be used as its own identity as well as naming a spectrum of orientations) because I never actually expected him to garner enough chemistry for me to want to ship him with anyone, nor did I have any plans of shipping him before Ven and I discovered that he and Ayame had chemistry.  Once I started figuring him out as a muse, I actually was fairly sure he was aroace for awhile.  And looking at him as a character, I’m fairly sure that romantic attraction for him is going to be a one-time thing.  Not to mention, he doesn’t really fit any of the other identities on the aro spectrum.

So yeah, that’s a quick run-down as far as what the hell is going down with Lars as far as sexual/romantic stuff goes.

for the au meme: talentswaps for all canon/practically canon ships.

Alright.  I’m probably gonna only do like one or two for each ship though because there’s quite a few.

Cosplayer!Eirik would be in tremendously better physical shape than canon Eirik.  He would be willing to run much more often and keep his body fat low, because his size would be having him cosplay more muscular characters.

Geneticist!Lars would be more into the practical uses for the field of study than experimental genetics.  Had he been around at that point in time, he would have been the guy figuring out how to have bacteria produce human insulin rather than the guy cloning animals, because the former is more directly practical.

Cartographer!Kaha could have actually potentially become a wave of his because he was more interested in the navigation aspect of the night sky for awhile, though I don’t think that’s a headcanon.  But I definitely see him getting ‘lost at sea’ on purpose just to go out and map the islands.

Film Actor!Isak, I see him more as playing non-human characters, antagonists or otherwise, mostly because of his size.  He’d also do tons of charity work and be kinda avoidant of press while doing it.  Well, more like he wouldn’t care if they were there.

Victoria and Archer literally have the same talent and refused to attend HPA without one another, so nothing changes.

DDR Champ!Landon is extremely competitive to the point where I do see him cheating and sabotaging his opponent if he were in the late stages of a serious competition.

I didn’t do Jasper/Noah or Parker/Dominique because the former are like just in the friend/fuckbuddy stage and the latter have met like once.

Reminder that these two are best friends and their height difference is spectacular.  And yes, I drew on the top of Lars’ head just to do this cause his sprites do the cut off the top of the head thing.
