1. Favorite place in the world? Oh man. There’s this place in Oaxaca, Mexico. I went there one summer and we stayed in the mountains and it was so beautiful and peaceful and being there was the most peace I’ve ever known.

2. What quality in a person makes you instantly not want to associate with them? Easy. Arrogance. Or, not even arrogance. But if someone speaks with a condescending tone, I am pretty much done.

3. Do you have strong positive/negative feelings about Valentine’s Day? Not a big fan of holidays in general. So, yeah. I don’t like it. I like buying Hershey’s Hugs for a lower price AFTER Valentine’s Day, but other than that, eh.

4. What does your bedroom look like? Well. This, when it’s clean.

6. What’s the last movie you watched (and what did you think of it)? HA. Okay the last movie I watched was The RSC’s Hamlet from 2009. And I mean, it’s okay. (THAT WAS SARCASM. IT IS MY FAVORITE THING TO EXIST.)

7. Can you draw? Oh goodness, no.

8. What’s the most interesting thing you’ve learned in the past week? So today I looked up the etymology for the word swagger. It appears (from just glancing) that swag was the original form (as a verb that basically meant sway) and good ol’ Shakespeare gave us swagger as a verb in a couple of his plays. Then there’s that time in Hamlet where I think it’s an adjective or like a gerund I don’t even.

9. Do you believe in God? Yes I do.

10. What’s the weirdest dream you can remember? Um. In sixth grade I had this math teacher I hated. Her name was Ms. Rutland and she was this tiny blonde pixie that reminded me of Tinkerbell. Anyway, in my dream I was in this house that was rigged like a giant waterslide/human pinball machine and in a very Jumanji-esque fashion, we had to sort of ‘beat’ the house.

But before that, I was running laps around the central part of my school, where I finally broke into the middle to find Orlando Bloom (???) in my principal’s chair (he even spun around all dramatically like a villain in a bond movie).

And at the end, my math teacher was the “boss battle.”

11. What are you excited about? Sleep, honestly. Friday night, I’m gonna turn in my Tragedies paper and then sleep SO well.
