Hey, speaking as a black person who is commonly criticized for « acting white » I totally understand. You don’t need ppl who are going to reduce you to a stereotype. Just do you.

Thank you! I have been criticized for that my entire life! I think it’s because I unconsciously code switch a lot. When I’m online though I tend to be one or the other, and a lot of times both depending on how I feel that day. Some days I might be a stereotype and others days I’m the exact opposite and I think that’s why people are coming at me questioning my blackness because it’s confusing to them. Some of the asks I’m getting really have me feelin’ like I should put my foundation shade and a selfie on every post so people know i’m black and dark skinned lmaooo. Imma do me though don’t worry <3

She and They pronouns are fine for now (still tryna figure out my gender)Bi/Pan is just the most comfortable way I describe my orientation and I feel like it fits. And yeah IMO you can be both if that’s the way you feel fits you best. I know a lot of people will tell you that you can’t do that but fuck those people.
