Mutant cleric/priest who has minor ties to horrorterrors and runs a small sanctuary of sorts for fellow mutants/other outcast trolls. Older adult (slightly younger than an ancestor) and male, bisexual but has a preference for other men. Gives off those vibes of "seems to be the secret villain with how charming and cunning he acts" but is actually just like that as a person, though he won't hesitate to kill anyone who threatens his circle/friends/etc. Enjoys wine-making and grand parties.
Hmm, this was a tough one, especially because of the grand parties' interest narrowing down the guys who came to mind...
Still, the three I thought of were:
Praize (troll form designed by @/Roetrolls) left and Jerico (designed by @/trollbriidge) on the right,
They're both less developed guys, so that's why I've lumped them together... Praize is essentially a small amount of horrorterror/dark essence given physical troll form, and just looking into his eyes can drive one to madness or corruption (unless they're heavily protected against it). Anyway! he came to mind because of the minor ties to HTs you mentioned, and you have to be a certain type of clever and confident person to interact with him.. I don't know him too well yet, so I can't say what the nature of their relationship could be, but there's definitely potential for association there at least, maybe even pitch..?
As for Jerico, he's not super mutated or anything, but he is fairly outcast and isolated, partly for his own reasons and partly because no one wants a guy who seems to kill all he touches around them. Someone charming and potentially protected enough(?) from his affliction would be alluring to him- Jerico would avoid any parties, he's not good around groups of people, and the stress from potential risks would drive him crazy, but he doesn't have an issue with other people enjoying them. Potential for angsty romance, friendship, or even just crossed paths, perhaps?
And so this doesn't get too much longer last under the cut,
Lastly, there is Parlus; Currently tied up in being a cult deity, but in the future, I could see them falling right into infatuation with a charming priest. It'd be pure luck that they meet someone who could easily be another villain for them, but just... doesn't treat them like a tool or use them etc. They like attention and being around groups of people, too, so parties wouldn't bother them in the slightest, and I think they'd enjoy trying the wine your guy makes. Not to mention, as a mutant themself, having a mutant safe place to stay would be good for them, since they tend to think that they're immune to harm/danger is inconsequential..
