Do you get high grades? Like are they around the 80s or 90s if you don't mind me asking? I feel like I'm trying to go from being as bad as Naruto in studying to as good as Sasuke and I wonder if it's possible 😂 (yes this is still the same anon as the other education asks)
Oh! I want to let you know that I’m working on that ask!
Well, yeah I do, but I wouldn’t necessarily say that it is because I’m good at studying although I like learning. My focus is usually terrible unless I find something I’m truly interested in and then you won’t see me for days and everything else is forgotten. (For better or worse.) To sort of emulate that state of mind for the sake of graduating, I first had to understand my learning-style and where the major challenges were to then implement a personalized strategy created from several different existing ones and till this day, it’s something that needs constant adaptation.
I think, in order to make a lot of things a bit easier, it requires preparation. Not so much that you’re using it subconsciously as an excuse to procrastinate more (trust me, I’ve been there), but primarily because decision fatigue is a real thing. As your mental resources become depleted throughout the day, it becomes a lot harder to be productive and a lot of people freeze up right in the middle of endless possible choices. (No matter how tiny.) For me, it helps a lot to create roadmaps and shortcuts where most of the important decisions are already made before I work on them and I’ve made tasks less vague (as we get them often) so all I really have to do is follow the steps. It’s still not easy, but a lot easier and I’m confident you can make things easier for yourself as well. Hopefully some of my tips will be helpful to you.
I’ll explain my processes in that ask ^^
