It still amazes me the impact that even the smallest amount of weight can add to a workout. All my strength is lower body, and I noticed fairly quickly unless I wanted to do the same thing a million times, there wasn’t a ton of difficulty, and soon my midsection was the same way. Since I have the attention span of a two year old, THAT wasn’t happening so I added elements like weight, resistance, and balance instead.
