     In game canon, Rem and Machina marry in the future, so it’s a definite that she is attracted to males. She isn’t known for being flirtatious (to her shock and embarrassment, she receives many "letters of admiration" from male students at the Academy in which the feelings remain unreciprocal). It’s a given that a previous bond needs to be present before she commits herself to the person. Due to this notion alone, she is possibly demisexual.      Her heart is not spoken for at this time.
