The image is demonstrating “Absence” and “Presence” because there are displays of this image of areas that are clearly busy during the day but are deserted after shutdown.
My development in Kingston Town Centre with “Burn marks”. This image was taken on a film SLR camera before being processed and then developed on a “Pearl” style piece of photographic paper. The burn marks is from covering up some of the paper to make it appear darker in some areas than others. The image is demonstrating “Absence” and “Presence” because of the small amount of lights contrasting with the dark image caused by the burning.
