Cheesy occasionally does tell good jokes, and he feels really good when people like them. When he was younger, his parents were often very stressed and busy, so he told jokes to make them laugh. It grew into a habit. Deep down, Cheesy just wants to make people smile. Despite occasionally going a little too far himself, he does have standards, and despises discriminatory and highly offensive humor, as he believes jokes are meant to make people smile, not to make people frown.
