A lot of scar's scars fome from doing something dumb, only a few of the larger ones actually come from something impactful, he also has a first aid kit in him at all times because of this. While building the fire watch tower, some for the cabin core got splinters or scraped something on the cobblestone, and scar just reaches out into the air, and a first aid kit just pops into existence, it's a cat shaped box. All the bandages are cat themed or Star wars themed.
