hecate is the titan goddess of magic, witchcraft, the mist, and crossroads. she was often depicted holding two torches or a key. she was also closely associated to the spiritual world, ghosts, and the dead. a shrine to hecate was placed at the entrances of homes or even cities, hoping to protect them from the evil spirits that roamed the world.

evelyn kiriakis as the daughter of hebe

hebe is the goddess of youth and forgiveness. she was the former cupbearer to the gods, before becoming a goddess herself, and to this day maintains control over the sacred animals of her father zeus, including his royal eagles. 

her children tend to be sociable, and maintain a youthful appearance throughout their whole lives thanks to abilities inherited from their mother. they are known to be fast healers, recovering quickly from injuries they may sustain. some can speak to, or even control, animals. 

cabin 18 is where the children of hebe reside. the color of the cabin’s exterior is constantly changing due to the magical properties of the paint used.
