Farid Sahab mentions that originally his family were from Delhi, during the Partition 1947, they crossed border and went to live in Pakistan. "Here, I am called Pakistan Wallah and, they call me a Dilli wallah." said Farid Sahab.

Here, with Abu Mohammad sahab he performs the famous Rajasthan folk song "Padhaaro Mhaare Des" (Come to my country). During the performance he goes on to say " let's go to that undivided land. To that country beyond India and Pakistan, to that undivided space where we all belong."
