How to Shift Your Resistance Into More Awesome Abundance Quickly
So you start to practice deliberate engagement of the Law of Attraction, and you start hearing the word resistance repeatedly. What is resistance? Resistance is basically the negative feelings and beliefs that are blocking the flow of what you want. What is abundance? Abundance is basically anything that is good that is of positive benefit to you and to other people, that you allow to flow into your experience. Resistance is one side of the coin, and Allowing is the other side of the same coin. Sometimes we think that negative thoughts are our sworn enemies. But they aren't our enemies at all... They're actually helpers if you can see them from multiple angles. They're kind of like flies, yeah...most people detest them, but they also serve a positive purpose. When you think your negative thoughts are the enemy, it then becomes an all out war. So you feel the need to seek and destroy the enemy, which are in this example the negative thoughts. You saddle up and arm all of your ammo for battle. It's you or them. Mano-y-mano. Womano-y-womano...haha No prisoners, us versus them... But you don't have to do all that, maybe that's what resonates with you to do...but you don't necessarily have wage war to make a change. The negative thoughts simply indicate resistance to flow. Resistance to flow simply indicates what's blocking your flow. A block in flow gives you the opportunity to adjust and get in alignment with what you want. To be in alignment with what you want, find the closest better-feeling thoughts that unblock the flow. Where your attention goes, your energy flows. Where your energy flows, your attention goes. And whatever has the most momentum, whatever is the strongest...you will attract more of. Keep in mind that LOA always responds to and matches your most dominant vibes. LOA matches your most dominant momentums too. If resistance is dominant, you have to start deliberately focusing on better-feeling thoughts. Whatever you can do right now is more than enough to start shifting. If you can move from fear to insecurity, that's progress. If you can move from blame to worry, that's progress. If you can move from frustration to boredom, that's progress. In time you'll move into alignment. All you have to do is reach for the closest best-feeling thoughts so you can shift the momentum. Shifting the momentum shifts the manifestations. Again, you don't need to feel good ALL the time. Just tip the scales. Start heading in the positive direction from wherever you are. When you feel bad or negative. Start reaching for the closest better-feeling thing. As you start to feel better, list things that you appreciate that are around you. List things that you like. List things that are fun. Acknowledge some positive aspects about yourself. Read and listen to positive materials. Read positive blogs. Immerse yourself in the study of LOA and immerse yourself in what you appreciate. Start positive momentums early in the morning with consistency, and it will be easier to know how to shift your resistance into more awesome abundance quickly.
