With our theme of ‘Letting Go,’ I made a piece signifying the stresses of school, work, etc. because it’s really important for you to find a good release for the stresses in your life! Stress can cause acne, trouble sleeping, heart conditions, and can even be a factor that leads to some forms of cancer (as is shown by some studies). Good ways to let go of your stresses can be exercise, eating good foods, doing creative or mentally stimulating activities, and caring for others through volunteer work or other forms. Those are all ways of increasing your oxytocin levels that keep your stress levels down and (hopefully) a smile on your face!
