How close has Tsumi come to seriously wiping out humanity?
Multiple times, actually. Especially during times of naval warfare but she mostly gets dissuaded by the other native gods since doing so will royally muck up a lot of their stuff tooso it’d be 3 on 1 afterwards if she did do it, and even with some of them weakened due to the state of the world she’d leave it in, those odds still aren;t all that good.

Dalamadur is 7000 feet long if I remember correctly, that'd make Tsumi's dragon form 28000 feet long. And Undina's true form is only 150 feet long.
Dalamadur is 44039.7cm, or roughly 1445ft long. Her true form is 5820ft long, just a little over a mile. then again, having a dragon over 5 miles long would be just as ridiculous as it would be fitting.

Pros:
Tsumi has never really been close enough to anyone to form any real relationships, so enjoy this clingy god.
She may eventually flood the world so enjoy the expanded territory for awhile until she’s gotta lower them again.
While a “dragon” by choice she is a god first, so she doesn’t really care about dragons as a species all that much.
Cons:
She doesn’t really like needless slaughter if it can be helped.
If she got shocked, even accidentally, she might take it personally since gods can be spiteful over the slightest things.
She sees all the species of the world as the same, which is beneath her, since she is a god. So sometimes she might accidentally talk down to her...despite being so much shorter.
