Steve Arnott + THAT black vest™ appreciation post
kate and steve: *making stupid faces in the mirror and laughing because they’re bored*
ted: god give me strength
*opens door to interview room*
kate and steve: *hastily stop making faces*
ted: its a two way mirror.
*steps aside to reveal several officers watching from the other side*
If we have seen the full extent of the romance between Kate and Jo, and if has nowhere else to go now except to represent a decline of their relationship, then WHY did Jed even make those romantic undertones? WHY not just present Kate and Jo as close friends? If the relationship has nowhere else to go what was the POINT of providing their ambiguous dynamic? I refuse to believe this is as far as it goes between the two.
If the intention was to demonstrate Jo’s feelings for Kate interfered with her ability to acquiesce to OCG demands, that could have been achieved without suggesting Kate has feelings too.
Their unexplored feelings simply HAS to be a catalyst in the last two episodes. If not, I’m sorry Jed then you have missed a seriously emotional and interesting opportunity.
Also for once can we just see a bit of Kate Fleming being guided by her heart (and by that I mean acting on it) rather than her head?? She deserves so much better than Richard wet blanket Akers!!
It’s all getting a bit out of hand
Very late to the Line of Duty party.
Does anybody wanna explain why Kate isn't working in AC-12???
Leaving Steve to be a god damn idiot by himself. That's gonna go well.
There's always one!
