Okay so it bothers me that I didn't know who was really Muen and it made me be confused about everything. Especially how to understand this scene better and probably the link between characters. Thankfully, @befuddledcinnamonroll and @callmethess helped me understand it better (thank you again!)

So, I tried to find the Thai subtitles for this scene. Of course, Iqiyi didn't offer the Thai subtitle so I recorded this part and used Google Translator to get the subs in a different way. Unfortunately, he never really translated the part with P'Muen and re listen to it, mixed it with the previous sentence obtained when I recorded it, until I got the same sentence he said. In the end Muen was written as "หมื่น".

When I looked online about the meaning of "หมื่น" I found that it means "ten thousand", but that it's also a minor noble rank or it can mean lord or chief. So, he is talking about Dech this way and I made the mistake of confusing it with another character. Anyway, now that I know I feel much better ^^.
