1) is there a story you’re holding off on writing for some reason?
I have like 2 fics that deal with addiction that I would love to get written but I want to do a bit more research and really outline/take my time with it because it’s such a sensitive matter. I don’t want to write it just for the sake of posting
7) when asked, are you embarrassed or enthusiastic to tell people that you write?
It’s always a mix of both. I only talk to a few people about my story ideas as they come to me and I wind up gushing like a lunatic in their DMs. But luckily my friends are always just as excited and supportive. I just feel silly sometimes for the high volume of messages I send but sometimes a plot makes me too pumped and I have to share
19) when it comes to more complicated narratives, how do you keep track of outlines, characters, development, timeline, ect.?
I’m slowly coming around on the concept of outlining. I have a tendency to just write with reckless abandon, writing things out of order and working my way back to connect scenes. But I jot down ideas on my notes app or I’ll physically write ideas down in a notebook. Sometimes it helps me to concentrate better with actual pen and paper
