I wanted to practice some vague new camera angles, so have some Snap Dragon Club hosts!
More sketches of my Snap Dragon Club characters. I've always had trouble with Acasi because he's got a few features I continue to struggle with: elongated snouts and muscular features.
Shade falls in a similar category because he's got a bigger overall figure than I tend to usually draw, but it still suits him. I love that he can rock an off-the-shoulder dress.
I've made the artistic decision that Tometress's 'antlers' are actually a part of her glasses. It makes it easier for me to imagine how she goes to bed at night.
I started the sketch of Dreamwalker just wanting him to look angry, since he rarely shows anything past soft expressions, and it just slowly led into giving him a sword made up of dreamshards which I think is pretty neat.
I was going through potentially making gifs of the boys but couldn’t decide on an animation to do, so have a spread of a whole bunch of expressions I suppose lol
Saw a thing and decided to draw a storyboard of the Snap Dragon Club hosts running from an explosion.
In which I learned that, if in a panic, Mack would run on all fours lol
Also that Acasi would keep super close to the ground to make use of all his muscles cause snek.

Thinking about my next comic project. Thinking of returning of having the 4 bois of the Snap Dragon Club returning. But if I want it to be about them, I want this to be able to stand alone without needing to read The Grand Opening or The Wanderer's Tale. So that way, if you wanna see more things that have these 4 in it, you can seek it out if you'd like.
This was a test run of how I'd set up panels to potentially re-introduce the hosts of the Snap Dragon Club.
I was a little self-indulgent and made these for the four hosts of the Snap Dragon Club ^_^
