Why the absolute flying fuck is the "report adult content" option now at the top of the drop-down list for people you have literally chosen to follow, right where the normal "whoosh this away"/"this doesn't interest me" option is for random posts you have no interest in?
I am so sorry to the 3-4 wonderful queer peeps who I've accidentally just reported, for selfies of all things, on an app with overzealous flagging and shadowbanning algorithms that actively work against queer people. I have no idea what that will actually do to y'all.
Seriously, who the fuck was the bright spark who thought that, not only do tumblr users (who can make mistakes when doing things on autopilot while using a small touchscreen) need an uncancellable, irreversible, and potentially harmful interaction option literally at their fingertips, but it should only be in that specific location half of the time... be replaced with a completely harmless option the other half of the time... and be hidden under an identical menu button regardless of whether you follow the blog or not, so you can't tell in advance which option it's gonna be? Why do that to people?
