“Don’t look at me like that.” This, but it's Roman doing something he probably shouldn't be doing and Virgil/other side is glaring at him (kind of lighthearted).
It’s been nearly a year and a half since I got these prompts and I’m still making my way through them lol. But coming right up!

Roman crouched as he moved down the stairs and through the common room, sneaking as best he could. He tiptoed his way into the kitchen through the darkened rooms. No one could catch him.
He was grateful for the forethought of wearing socks, as opposed to being barefoot or wearing his thundering boots, as his feet met the kitchen tile. This way he would make no noise. His mission could be successful.
Roman rose slightly out of his crouch, knees still bent, so that he could glance around the room. No oddly shaped shadows, no cartoonish eyes staring at him from the dark, no one around to ruin his plans.
He fully rose out of his crouch and crept forward on the balls of his feet, arms held out slightly for balance. He made it to the pantry. He closed his eyes and said a quick prayer for the door not to squeak. He grabbed the handle and turned it, painfully slow.
No squeak.
Success was near.
Roman stepped inside the pantry, raising onto the very tips of his toes, reaching for the jar on the top shelf. He grabbed it and nearly lost his balance, having to swallow down a loud gasp to stop from giving away his plot.
He sneaked out of the pantry and carefully, slowly set the the jar down on the counter, trying so hard to minimize the noise of ceramic meeting granite. He grinned and removed the lid, repeating the process of setting it quietly on the counter.
Finally, what he came here for. Roman began stuffing his face full of cookies, barely holding back pleased noises at the taste. Nothing could beat Patton’s cooking.
Finally, suc–
The lights flipped on.
Roman froze in the process of shoving a third cookie in his mouth, cheeks puffed out due to the mass inside his mouth. He glanced over to the archway of the kitchen with wide eyes.
Virgil stood there, leaning against the frame of the archway, arms crossed. He took one look at Roman and raised his eyebrow.
“Don’t look at me like that,” Roman said around the food in his mouth.
“It’s three in the morning,” Virgil deadpanned. “And you’re eating Patton’s cookies.”
Roman swallowed the mass in his mouth, hesitating. “What will it take to get you to keep quiet about this?”
Virgil narrowed his eyes. For a moment, Roman was worried that he couldn’t be bought. That no matter what, this would get back to Logan and Patton. Then he raised his nose into the air and pushed off the frame of the kitchen archway.
“I get half and you keep quiet, too.”
“Deal.”
Virgil grinned wickedly and flipped the lights back off. Roman watched as his silhouette speedily yet silently made it’s way across the kitchen. He was stricken with jealously. Virgil really needed to teach him how to sneak around like that, it went so much faster.
They stuffed their faces ravenously, filling their mouths and stomachs with as many cookies as they could. Chewing quietly was a challenge, but they managed it.
Finally, succe–
The lights flipped on, Virgil and Roman both shooting wide-eyed glances to the kitchen entrance.
Logan stood there, hands on his hips, expression stern.
Virgil silently held out a cookie.
Logan kept the facade for a few moments longer before relaxing and smirking, flipping the lights back off and stepping into the kitchen with them.
“This does not get back to Patton,” he whispered, taking the cookie from Virgil’s hand.
“Agreed,” Roman and Virgil replied, trying not to spit cookie crumbs everywhere.
Finally, success.
Now they just had to hope Patton wouldn’t find the empty cookie jar before he forgot he made the cookies in the first place.
“Is that my shirt?" Uhh, any side, but maybe Roman and Virgil for this one?
I am breezing through these today I feel so powerful lol
(I expected this to be longer but it ran it’s course much quicker than expected and I couldn’t find a way to extend it and make it seem natural lol)

——————–
Virgil Sanders was the known clothes-stealer of the mind palace.
There were various articles of clothing from each of the other sides scattered about his own wardrobe. Eventually, the others just gave up trying to get their clothes back and allowed Virgil to swap the clothes he “borrowed” in and out as they lost the scent he was looking for for comfort.
But the other sides had never quite developed his habit for clothes stealing. Or, so he’d thought.
Virgil had been digging through his dresser looking for one of his favorite lounge t-shirts, perfect for lazy days and long naps. A shirt that actually belong to him, instead of one snatched from another side’s wardrobe. A shirt he was very protective over.
Only, his shirt was missing. It wasn’t where he always put it after laundry day: the column of drawers on the left, second drawer down, right side, towards the back.
He must have simply forgotten it when the laundry got sorted, maybe it got mixed up in the wash. He left his room and walked down the hall, stopping to knock briefly on Patton’s open door.
“Hey, kiddo!” Patton said brightly, standing up from where he’d been placing shoes in his closet. “What’s going on?”
“Hey, Pat, have you seen my purple t-shirt? The one that says ‘petty’ on it in Disney font?” He asked, not so subtly peeking inside to look at the basket of clean laundry on Patton’s bed that he’d yet to put away.
Patton frowned and cocked his head in thought, humming. “Not that I know of. Let me check to see if there was a mix-up!”
Patton looked through his own drawers and through the basket of laundry while Virgil shifted from foor to foot anxiously in his doorway.
Patton shook his head. “Not here, kiddo, sorry. Maybe it got mixed up with one of the other’s? Or it’s still somewhere around the washer and dryer?”
Virgil nodded at him with a small smile. “Thanks, Pat, I’ll go check.”
“Good luck!”
Virgil poked into Logan’s room next, only to get the same outcome. He knocked on Roman’s door, but there was no answer, so he figured he’d check back later.
He started making his way downstairs to check if the shirt had gotten lost on the way to his room when he came across Roman scribbling furiously in a notebook in the common room.
“Hey, Princey, have you seen–”
Roman looked up and Virgil cut himself off, brows furrowing. He was wearing a purple t-shirt that read “Petty” in a Disney-like font. He was practically swimming in it, considering it was big on Virgil and Virgil was taller than the rest of them.
“Is that my shirt?” He asked once his brain rebooted.
“Uhhhh,” Roman drew the word out far too long, glancing back and forth between the shirt on his body and Virgil’s confused expression.
“In my defense, it’s very comfortable and you always put it back in the same spot so it’s easy to find.”
Virgil furrowed his brow. “Have – have you stolen it before?”
Roman shifted uncomfortably on the couch. “Um, maybe? You may be a lot more obvious about clothes stealing, but that doesn’t mean you’re the only one who does it.”
Virgil let out a surprised laugh and collapsed onto the couch next to Roman. “It suits you, I guess.” He teased.
Roman narrowed his eyes. “I’m genuinely not sure whether that’s a compliment or not. Did you just call me petty?”
Virgil smirked. “Can you deny it?”
Roman pouted. “No.”
Virgil grinned at him and leaned in close. “Too bad for me that I can’t deny how good you look in my clothes.”
Roman blushed and his eyes went wide. He glanced up at Virgil before looking back down at his notebook with a shy smile. Seems the Prince couldn’t quite take what he dished out.
Virgil laughed again and made himself comfortable cuddling up against Roman. The t-shirt he was already wearing was comfortable enough for a lazy day, and at least he still got to feel the fabric of his favorite shirt.
“I’m not okay.” This, but it's Virgil acting out the MCR music video all on his own or something like that.
“If I die, I’m never speaking to you again.” Either Virgil saying this or Roman. Maybe this could be combined with Virgil “I’m not okay” with the MCR music video?? Idk

Here we go lol, let’s see if I can actually create brain words with this because I can envision the scene in my head but i have NO clue how to write it lol

—————-
As far as Virgil had known, he was home alone. Logan and Patton were both at class, and Roman was meant to be at rehersals. So, Virgil did what he always did when he was left to his own devices, alone in the apartment.
He unplugged his headphones, blasted his music, and sang his little emo heart out.
He had made his way through a few songs and was currently making his way through My Chemical Romance’s anothology. He gripped his hairbrush tightly as he danced midnlessly around the living area.
“I’m not okay!” He scream-sang into his hairbrush microphone, right as he heard the front door open.
Far earlier than it should have been.
Virgil felt himself go bright red, his blush probably hot enough to melt his makeup right off, and launched himself over the back of the couch in his embarassment, landing harshly on the carpet with a loud “OOF!”
“Virgil?” He heard Roman call from the front door. He was practically screaming to be heard over the music that was still blasting through the apartment.
“Just leave me here to mourn my dignity,” he moaned into the carpet as Roman paused the music on his phone that he’d left on the coffee table.
“Virgil,” Roman said again, and Virgil could hear the grin in his voice, “c’mon, why’d you stop?”
“‘Cause,” Virgil said, purposefully being difficult.
He felt Roman sit down next to his prone form, leaning against the back of the couch. “Hey,” he said, voice suddenly soft, “I’m not here to judge. It actually looked like fun.”
Virgil shook his head, probably staining the carpet with his makeup, possibly giving himself a rugburn on his face. “If I die, I’m never speaking to you again.”
Roman let out a short laugh, flicking him playfully on the shoulder. “Die from what, Gerard Way?”
“Embarassment.”
Roman laughed again, shoving Virgil gently, encouraging him to sit up. “C’mon, start the song over, let me go get my own hairbrush. Let’s rock out. Patton and Virgil will probably be out at least another hour.”
Virgil finally pushed himself up and leaned up against the back of the couch with Roman. “Why are you even home so early? You weren’t supposed to be.”
Roman grinned. “You got our schedules all memorized or something.”
“I plead the fifth.”
Roman threw back his head in laughter, needing a few minutes to calm down before he finally answered Virgil’s question. “The director let us go early because have the cast and crew got food poisoning from the brownies that someone brought in.”
Virgil raised an eyebrow. “Someone’s not a great cook.”
Roman shrugged, grin still in place. “Eh, at first I was bitter than everyone had eaten them all before I got there, but now I suppose I’m just lucky.”
Virgil scoffed. “Are you getting your hairbush microphone or not?”
Roman lit up and run upstairs. “Be right back!”
Virgil stood and started scrolling through his music library, putting some of his favorites to sing and dance along to into a playlist.
“My head hurts.” This, but the hurt head is because of something like a brain freeze.
(Resending this one for clarity) “My head hurts.” This, but Patton just has brain freeze and is being dramatic to other sides.

Of course, of course, coming right up! Also I’m not gonna bother copy/pasting the number prompt here since you gave me the sentence lol
(Also, Virgil is me, I’m immune to brain freeze, never had it once in my life)

“My head hurts,” Patton cried out, pressing the heels of his hands into his temples.
Virgil stared him down while sipping his own milkshake. “So sorry,” he deadpanned. “Good thing I’m immune.”
Patton pouted. “I don’t like brainfreeze.”
Roman snorted from the other side of the room, having finished his own milkshake barely minutes after Patton had made them (and consquently given himself brain freeze, as well, not that he would admit it).
“Don’t drink it so fast, then, Padre,” Roman said, flipping to the next page in his sketchbook. “Your head won’t hurt, then.”
“But it was so good! And that doesn’t help me now!”
Logan sighed, setting aside his own milkshake and pausing the movie they had playing. They couldn’t hear it much over Patton’s dramatics, anyway.
“Patton, have you tried pressing your thumb against the roof of your mouth?” He asked.
Patton’s mouth made a little “o.” He immediately did what Logan suggested, and was smiling again in no time.
“Thanks, Logan! You’re my hero for the day!” Patton grinned and threw his arms around Logan for a brief hug.
Roman made an offended noise from where he sat.
Patton giggled. “It’s okay, Roman! You’re my hero everyday. You’re all my heroes!”
Virgil hid a smile behind his hand while still sipping at his milkshake. “Let’s just keep watching the movie now that the crisis has been averted.”
Logan pressed play and the sides lapsed into silence once more, all enjoying their beverages (except Roman, who’d finished his). They enjoyed the movie in quiet, until…
Hey hey hey, check out this drabble that my good friend @accidentally-a-birb wrote!
“I just wanted to let you know that I think you’re beautiful.” by Jim_Moriary_xxx on ao3
Summary: If I did an in-depth summary, it would end up being the whole fic. But anyway, Roman isn't doing mentally/emotionally well, and Logan notices.
Word Count: 386
It is Logince, and it can be seen as either romantic or platonic, with suggestions of background LAMP, which can also be seen as platonic or romantic.
Heyo heyo, my dudes. I’m gonna talk about a fic that the Patton to my Logan, @accidentally-a-birb, wrote a while back (I was supposed to write a similar one so we could compare styles and like the terrible person I am I still haven’t, but I will eventually, I swear).
So, if you’re into Destiel, I would definitely recommend With weary wings I write by Jim_Moriarty_xxx (their ao3). I LOVE this kiddo’s writing style. It’s not the traditional thing you see in fanfic at all, but I adore it. They’re not one for writing characters and fics, but this one that they have written is brilliant.
I would like to direct you to my most popular post, where I talked about the Sanders Sides ships but using imagery and feelings. The writing style in this post that so many of you liked was inspired by my cuddle buddy here. I admire their style so much and I get so excited whenever I get to read it. So much so, that I took inspiration for them to write that post.
I guess what I’m saying in my own rambly way is that I love my friend’s writing (and also them) and you should too, so check out their SPN fic if you’re into that fandom!
