So fuck AVEN.
Ashabi/ Ace in Grace released this video a couple of hours ago and I just want to highlight how AVEN is directly responsible for a hate campaign directed towards a Black Ace femme.
A lot of people in the hate campaign were complaining that they didn’t know the survey was being passed around or thought it was only being passed around on Ashabi’s facebook(which it wasn’t and was on multiple platforms including tumblr) but either people were like why didn’t she post it on AVEN. Well this is because AVEN intentionally blackballed her and intentionally made sure her survey didn’t get posted to the forums
AVEN’s behavior is incredibly insidious considering the only thing they did to defend Ashabi is say this in her Instagram comments:
You intentionally made sure it didn’t reach your forums and then when people started targeting her because of it, that’s all you have to say.
