Oh dude I used to get the saaaame combo. Spent up to 15 days a months (or more!) with a migraine for almost 20 years. Until I tried botox injections. In the last 7 months I’ve had maybe 3 migraines and a smattering of tension.
apparently there are people that like, don’t get headaches. can you imagine??

Ooh, I love musical references. This would be a great title for an AU where the paladins are students at a music school, all playing different instruments with different styles, but one day they get locked in the classroom when there’s a big thunderstorm, and they start jamming out and having a great time despite their differences. (Keith and Lance as rival guitarists, Lance does Latin/folk and Keith does rock.)
