So Cassie and Jo have lived, like, everywhere. They don't tend to stay in one city for more than a few months. As such, their houses are usually cheap hole-in-the-wall apartments where they can crash at night. However, both of them have the one thing that makes them feel at home. For Jo, it's her crappy old alarm clock. For Cassie, it's the gun under her pillow.

They tried staying at a fancy hotel once, when they were hoping to throw off pursuit. That led to one of the nastiest confrontations in their lives, and they never even considered the possibility of a nice place to stay again.

At least with the crappy old apartments you can hear someone trying to sneak up on you.

Random, old age and sleep headcanons for Jack and Davey?

Random: I think I've said this before, but they have the most obnoxious pet names for each other. Either they're calling each other assholes, or they're using sappy stuff like honey and babe and sweetie.

Old Age: I feel like both of them would try to be really involved with kids throughout their lives, and especially as they grew older. Jack might be a boy scout leader or something, and Davey would definitely get involved with schools.

Sleep: Jack clings to Davey like his life depends on it, wrapped around him like he's trying to shield him from the world. Davey doesn't really appreciate the gesture because "Jack, it's the middle of summer. Your body temperature is like a million degrees. If you don't give me some space I'm going to go sleep on the couch."
