you have really nice skin, can i ask what you do for your skin?

Ah thank you! I don’t think my skin is all that nice but I can talk about what I do.

As preface, I naturally have really really oily skin, especially my forehead.

I try to always wash my face twice daily; morning and evening.  I’m currently using the CeraVe foaming facial cleanser and I like it so far!  The toner I use every day is the Clinique Acne Solutions Clarifying Lotion.  I initially bought the entire Clinique acne solutions set, but I really was not fond of it and have only continued using the toner.  I use this only on my forehead and chin really because my cheeks don’t get as oily and I don’t want to dry them out too much.  Because of the dark circles under my eyes I also use the Andalou Naturals Luminous Eye Serum.  As far as I can tell it isn’t doing too much for me but it makes me feel better about myself.  And I always finish with the CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion PM (even in the morning) because the AM one has spf and I don’t like the feeling of sunscreen.  I only use it on my cheeks because they’re drier than the rest of my face.

Other important things I do:

Instead of foundation or concealer or things like that I only use BB cream and only around my eyes to cover my dark circles.  I’m currently using one from Maybelline I think and I like it alot, although the color isnt light enough.

Drink lots of water! On a good day I drink 3-4 pints of water.  This is important trust me.

I use this Sumi face paper I got from daiso when I feel like my face is getting oily during the day.  V helpful I recommend it.

It would really help to not have bangs in your face the way I do, especially if you have greasy hair.  It will make your face oilier but you can get by if you really want to.

Finally, if for whatever reason you’re looking for a paler complexion like mine, all I really do is stay out of the sun as much as possible.  I’m naturally quite pale so I have no advice or experience with lightening products.

i was reading your tags for the lust/fma image and I also loved fma but I'm curious if you've seen brotherhood as well. Which do you prefer and which did you see first?

I’ve seen the entirety of both versions. I was introduced to FMA with the 2003 series back in 2004, and read the manga after I was finished with it because I was like yes fma need more needmoreneedmore.

Got into the manga for a few months, but started losing interest around the Briggs arc. (This was while the manga was still coming out monthly.)

I watched the whole of Brotherhood in…late 2012, I think? Or early 2013. I liked some parts of it, found some parts of it to be meh, and found some parts of it downright upsetting (in a bad way). I prefer the 2003 series by a very large margin, though I do understand why people go gaga over Brotherhood. It just does a lot of things that bug me with fiction in general, while the 2003 series hit on a lot of my very specific preferences for fiction.
