Hey yall.

So I’m writing this story w/ the main character as Non binary. They have a S/O who is male.

So my question is, What are some gender neutral terms for S/O that can I use? I dont want to be offensive or use outdated terms.

because if I call everyone bestie, how do they know how special they are?
