I hope I am not breaking any boundaries by posting on another alters' blog, but shower chairs are the most wonderful invention ever! I worked out a method by which I can shower that works well and I have documented it for the other parts of me to use.

Fun fact: Now me with a walking stick is doing much better then 6-months ago me without a walking stick because accesibility aids aren’t a death sentence and the people who use them aren’t tragic.
