i think jacks wanted the IDEA of tella but didn't actually want tella, i think he just thought he would hurt eva like he did the first fox cause he had this idea that he hurts everything he loves.

which is sad really because imagine that every time you've loved someone you ended up hurting them, so obviously he's gonna think that would happen to evangeline

ok but i feel like jacks would be very shy about it, in contrast to how he was with tella. with tella, he didn't care if she lived or died so he just went for it but with eva i feel like he would be very hesitant and it would probably be eva leaning in first because he would be scared to hurt her 😭😭😭

i want evajacks kiss scene so bad because it would show jacks finally being able to be free from the curse and evangeline finally being loved and appreciated by someone.

one of my favorite scenes of them that showed this a lot and is underrated in my opinion is jacks saying how much stronger she is than luc and saying how strong he thinks she is, that really showed how jacks felt about her imo 😭

Did you think Kristof Knightlinger was gunna be more involved in a curse for true love?? I got excited when he was introduced and it felt liked he was hardly in the book and could have been used more

YES I KNOW I WAS SO EXCITED FOR HIM TO BE IN THE BOOK MORE ): i was hoping she would go see him, there were so many characters i missed in this book and it made me so sad

Why do you think did Jacks go to the Valory Arch? Chaos mentioned that he would just bring the stones to Jacks once the Arch is opened, but Jacks went there which is why he witnessed Eva's death. Perhaps he was going to say goodbye to her at the last minute? 🤔

i was wondering about this too, i think jacks might've changed his mind/wanted to check on her?? because he did come back and it was a bit odd to me. it's sad that he got back at like the worst time though 😭 but i think he could've been coming back to apologize for getting so mad at eva? but that's a stretch because it is jacks we're talking about here and he's only apologized like twice in the series 😭😭

i definitely think it's interesting that he just showed up, i'd have to read the scene again to think of some more stuff. sorry i couldn't answer better!!!
