Doomguy’s hundreds of years of demon slaying experience has mad him a formidable (and frankly, terrifying) foe, but it has also left him with an unquenchable rage against demons, which has led to his downfall before. This could be utilized against him again, luring him into traps by using demons as bait, then subduing him using alternate methods of imprisonment such as runic enchantment or different types of poisons.

Megaman is a marvel of technology, being stronger, faster and more durable then any normal human, along with a wide array of weapons that make him a versatile fighter. However he is an intense pacifist, only resorting to violence if absolutely no other alternative is present. Additionally, he is bound by the three laws of robotics, meaning he is incapable of harming humans or allowing them to come to harm. Human fighters will have an advantage against him as he will be unwilling to cause lasting damage to them.

Pit is a powerful fighter, with years of experience with a multitude of weapons. However he is almost completely reliant on Palutena for assistance and powers. If his connection to the goddess could be severed through magic or demonic means, or his faith in her were ever to be broken, it would only be a matter of how long he could function without her.
