This card is so slowwwwww..... I can not think of any reason to play this in a deck. It costs 4 to cast and it does nothing. It costs 4 more to activate so you spent 8 mana for restrictive removal. The creature you want to destroy must receive combat damage. The creature you destroy is not targeted by this effect so it gets around hexproof but you do target the creature that deals damage. This is repeatable removal but only if the creature targeted by this effect survives combat. Assassin's creed is coming out soon so maybe you put this in a flavor deck becasue there is no scenario I can foresee that would ever make me want to put this artifact in a deck. You also have to activate the effect before blockers so your opponent will see through this.
