Random CITR modern au headcanons (bc I’ve had a lot of free time as of late)

Holden likes to thrift and go to flea markets. Most of his clothes are random things he found at Goodwill. He’s an impulsive person so he buys a bunch of stuff all the time, and most of it ends up in a box shoved under his bed. If he’s looking for a present for someone he doesn’t really care about he’ll gift them something from his stash.

Phoebe only sends Holden either lengthy rambling emails or links to Youtube shorts with no subject line. There is no in between.

Stradlater films Tiktok thirst traps in the shared bathroom. Holden likes to tap dance in the background and ruin the shots.
