1: If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Oh man oh man. Quite honestly only two superpowers come to mind, and one of them isn't even really a superpower! Firstly I would really not mind the power to be incredibly persuasive/influential on people's thought processes without trying very hard. That's the actual power. Aside from that, I think having an excess of luck would be a beautiful thing, really. Does that count as a superpower? Maybe if I could use it at my discretion, that would also be excellent.
2: What is something unusual that you find to be beautiful?
Emotional suffering. Maybe that's not so unusual, but the romanticism of (usually my own) internal pain is something I've been building up since I was very young. It does have a tendency to draw me to beings that are experiencing anguish in some way. I also think, though, that when the clouds part and a transformation begins to blossom, that is the most beautiful part of suffering. (That part isn't quite unusual to like, however.)
Maybe instead I should say snakes. Because I love snakes. But lots of people are afraid of them or something????? Makes no sense!
3: To what places would you like to travel?
I'm not too into travelling, really... My social anxiety makes it a really difficult thing to travel far from home without freaking out. But, if I could go somewhere, assuming I somehow miraculously didn't have social anxiety... I would really like to visit Hawaii, or Sweden, or (at the risk of sounding weebish) Japan. I also wouldn't mind travelling to the northern states like Washington or Oregon, I've never been there before and it's supposed to be very scenic and lovely.
4: What fictional character(s) is/are you most often compared to?
Haha, people have compared me to Kanaya quite a bit. I'm totally okay with this because Kanaya is basically the best and the most badass ever???? So much love for her.
5: What was your favorite television program when you were younger?
Lord, define "younger"? Haha, through a lot of my younger years I only had one channel, and it was the local FOX station. (It was horrible, I would watch the news and I remember just being afraid of everything all the time. Thank you fox news for basically fucking up the rest of my life???) You can imagine I didn't do much tv watching then, but, before we got rid of cable, I (of course) watched Invader Zim religiously. And when we only had basic cable, that was when I really started getting into shows, and christ if I didn't run home every afternoon to see Xiaolin Showdown or Yugioh, lmao.
6: What is your favorite dessert?
WEEPS SOFTLY omg favorite dessert I......... I'm not even sure if I can decide....... I REALLY LIKE fried cheesecake. Uhh. Also fair trade certified dark chocolate bars... I love lemon bars and zucchini pie, like A LOT, although only I make them the best. B)
7: If you could change one of your physical features, what would you change?
Ugh I'm not sure if I want to indulge you all (or myself) with my most hated body part but... I pretty much can't stand my entire lower half, so I'd probably want my legs to be more toned and not so generally horrible looking. Alternately, I would be ok with little to no hair everywhere but my head lol.
8: Name one thing of which you are afraid.
People. Do people count? If not, uh, well I have trypophobia, and I'm also mildly afraid of crickets. They're horrible.
9: If you could be an animal, what would you be?
First instinct is a snake, but that would sort of suck, given that people hate snakes and they have several natural predators, so honestly I'd probably opt to be a super fuckin awesome dragon or gryphon or something that could generally annihilate things that try to hurt me and/or hide somewhere no one would bother me.
10: Is there anything that always makes you laugh? What is it?
My boyfriend does a really good job of making me laugh a lot, just by making jokes sometimes and oftentimes through his characters when we RP. Some youtubers are pretty good at making me laugh, like Pewdiepie and usually cr1tikal. Otherwise I make myself laugh a lot because I am a hilarious motherfucker.
11: Describe your future ambitions.
I will say that I want to live with my boyfriend sometime in the future, although I don't know when that's really going to happen... That's probably the biggest thing I want to happen. I also want to go into astronomy, although odds are stacked way against me, and that's pretty much directly conflicting with the former want. So, I'm kind of fucked. Really all I want out of life is to be comfortable. A pet or two, money to get by and sometimes buy things I want, enough space to live in. If I get more than that, excellent I guess, but I'm not particularly shooting for it. I am not a terribly ambitious person, whoops.
