wow juuust beginning to rebuild my wrist 7 wks post-life destruct (i work w my hands, self-employed & just moved to a bigger place, double the rent lol) and what springs to mind relevant to yas is major shout outs to Renaud, Cardiel, Danny Way & all the skaters out there who have rewired their nervous systems & rebuilt their bodies 👊🏼💪🏼

It feels so good to go from two crutches to one crutch. Here I am easing around the house with one crutch and it's only been 12 days since surgery! Small victories ❤️🎉🎉🎉🎉

Pretty proud of myself right now. I just completed the first run through of one of my new gym routines from my pain management physio. Not going to lie, it was tough and painful but i did it! I even did squats and lunges! when my physio first mentioned these i had a mini anxiety attack!! But i freaking did them! Shove that up your butt arthritis! ☺️☺️
