When trading bells for landscaping items, here are the standards of buying:
Regular Flowers are 1,000-5,000 bells
Hybrids, Saplings, and Clovers are 5,000-10,000 bells
Jacob’s Ladders and Gold Roses are 50,000-100,000 bells
I have seen countless people try to buy things for way, way less than they’re worth. I have also seen people try to sell for way more than a product is worth.
ACCIDENTAL VOIDED VILLAGER RESCUE PSA!
Have any of you accidently got a villagers move date wrong, TT to that day to get the villager in boxes for someone that wanted them, but then you realise you've voided the villager? If you do, theres no need to go rushing to their ask, saying that they cant get that villager! all you need is that your void was empty before voiding said villager for a 100% success rate!
tell the person who wanted the villager what happened, they should understand!
go to the person who wanted the villager's town (with 9 or less villagers cause otherwise the villager will be cleared from the void, but this is obvious cause they wanted a villager anyway!)
Leave the town!
Next day the person who's town you visited should have a villager plot, so tell them that they should plot reset if they wish, starting on the day after you visited!
