Secondhand hounds is an amazing organization that rescues animals from hoarding situations and puppy mills (They do not give money to puppy mills, they only rescue from them). They put dogs into foster homes ASAP, there is no shelter with cages or anything like that. The dogs that are rescued are put directly into foster homes! Check them out: https://secondhandhounds.org/
