I just showed Chadder’s initial request, but I wanted to show the follow-up as well. He starts off by saying that he’s “desperate for help,” and, of course, I agree to help the desperate mouse. Is he dying? Does he need money to stave off loan sharks?

He then swerves into saying that I must be in the mood for running errands, which I am not. I am in the mood for helping someone desperate. The errand it turns out that he wants me to run is to get him some cheese. Then he tells me how bold the idea (of getting him cheese) is, and that he’s going to start talking about being bold and getting money.

It’s a real mess, and probably a jumble of randomized messages that the game could have pulled from.

Smug, Normal, and Jock animals talking to me about Mother’s Day. Flip’s mother is going to get some massive gains, Sandy wants to end a sentence in her poem with “perfect” but can’t find a rhyme for it, and Chadder recognizes that his mother has some serious flaws.

Chadder sleeping in the hammock (trust me, even though you can barely see it in the first image). Chadder apparently works himself into an anxious frenzy if his bedtime ritual isn’t done correctly.

I just couldn’t resist mentioning how totally different the reactions you can give to animals asking for their personal furniture item are. See, because I’m always giving snacks to the lowest-level animal, they pretty much all hit level 15 within the same couple of days, and I got all of their requests in a short time.

Did you know that you can just close out of the clothing selection menu and still get the friendship bonus? Because I didn’t know that until yesterday. I hope this helps you as much as it’s helping me, because I really am getting tired of trying to change every animal’s clothing back and forth whenever they ask.
